Meet the teacher.

Hey! I’m Tana Trzebinski, a yoga, pilates and breath work teacher with a passion for helping people feel strong and connected to their bodies through strong, conscious movement and meditation. I have been teaching thousands of students from all over the world, hosted events and retreats and have made it my mission to share this practice that has transformed my life with as many of you as possible.

My teaching style is playful + challenging and creative. My mantra is never taking yourself too seriously! Let yourself explore through PLAY. So much unravels within you when you do.
