How often are new classes uploaded to Tana Studio?

Each month you will get four new yoga flows and four new workouts, two new breath-work/ meditation practices.

What is the ability level of the classes?

There are Classes for all levels in the studio, with frequent intermediate + advanced level yoga and pilates classes added to the library.

What kind of workouts do you offer?

Pilates and low impact strength training – mostly using just your own body weight to build strength and tone. Movement that is fun yet effective.

How long are the classes?

Sessions vary in length – from 45/ 60 minute classes to shorter 20/ 30 minute classes when you are shorter on time. You will have unlimited access to the full library of content as a Tana Studio member.

What style of yoga do you offer?

My signature teaching style is playful and strong, with creative Vinyasa flows that aim to challenge your body and mind. I want you to leave feeling empowered and connected to your body in a whole new way! You will also find flows that help you unwind + go inwards, along with breath work and meditations that give you tools to manage the stressors of daily life, finding stillness from within.

How does the membership work? Can I cancel anytime?

You will have full access to the library of content as a Tana Studio member. There is a 7 day free trial and you can cancel your membership at any time.
